The communication of your personal data by the user to perfect the purchase, payment and delivery of goods, as well as carry out the activity of after-sales assistance through the Customer care service, is mandatory as a necessary condition for the proper and timely execution of the contract. Failing this, the user’s request cannot be processed and it will be impossible to provide the relevant Services.

With reference to the data necessary for the delivery, it is specified that the same are communicated to carriers for the sole purpose of carrying out the delivery service.

With reference to the information on transactions it is specified that payments are received through external platforms authorized, in compliance with the regulations, to the management of payment data (Paypal, Stripe) or by bank transfer, directly to the Aromaria account.

The e-mail address provided may also be used for sending promotions.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses indicated on the Site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the communication.

The processing is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 Code and art. 4 n. 2 GDPR and precisely: collection, registration, organization, consultation, communication, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, cancellation and destruction, carried out mainly with the help of electronic tools, ensuring the use of appropriate measures for the security of the data processed and ensuring the confidentiality of the same.

COMMUNICATION OF DATA

Aromaria undertakes to treat with confidentiality the data and information transmitted by the user and not to disclose them to unauthorized persons, nor to use them for purposes other than those for which they were collected. Personal data will be communicated, after signing a commitment to confidentiality of the data, only to certain persons delegated and/or appointed to carry out the activities necessary for the proper fulfilment of the obligations assumed by Aromaria in relation to the execution of the obligations related to the online purchase and the provision of the Services, whether they are employees of Aromaria or third parties such as, for example, consultants, transport and payment service providers and communicated exclusively for these purposes. Personal data may also be communicated to Public Administrations, Judicial Authorities and to those subjects to whom communication is mandatory for the performance of institutional functions within the limits established by law or regulations.

REGISTRATION ON THE SITE

By filling in the registration form with your Data, you consent to their use for identification and access to dedicated services.

Personal Data collected: name, surname, telephone, email and address. The data will not be in any way transferred to third parties for marketing purposes and will be kept for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the business needs and legal requirements regarding the dedicated services provided.

At the same time the registration to the site also takes place the subscription to the newsletter that can still be canceled at any time.

NEWSLETTER

The subscription to the newsletter can be made through the dedicated form, the site registration form or the order confirmation form. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

STORAGE TIME
