CONDITIONS OF SALE

Aromaria Srls with registered office in Loc. Torre San Severo, 2 – 05018 Orvieto (TR) is the owner of the site http://www.aromaria.it.
The contract stipulated between L'Aromaria Srls and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by L'Aromaria Srls. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general and payment conditions.
The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by L'Aromaria by means of a response via e-mail, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain an Order Number, to be used in any further communication with L'Aromaria. The message presents all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and promptly communicate any corrections. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, L'Aromaria guarantees timely communication to the Customer.

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The user's personal data is used by L'Aromaria Srls, which is the data controller, in compliance with the personal data protection principles established by the GDPR Regulation 2016/679.

Protection of confidentiality and processing of customer data

Aromaria protects the data of its Customers and guarantees that the processing of data complies with the provisions of the privacy legislation referred to in Legislative Decree 196/2003 (the "Code") and with EU Regulation no. 679/2016 (the "GDPR").

The owner of the processing of personal data is L'Aromaria Srls, to which the buyer can direct any request.

The personal and fiscal data communicated by the Customer during the purchase phase are collected by l'Aromaria, in order to fulfill pre-contractual, contractual and fiscal obligations (for example to allow the management of orders, invoicing and delivery of the products ordered by users on the Site, also through the customer support service, activate the procedures for the execution of the contract and the related necessary communications) as well as fulfill the obligations established by law.

The communication of personal data by the Customer to complete the purchase, payment and delivery of the goods is mandatory as a necessary condition for the correct and timely execution of this contract. Otherwise, the Customer's request cannot be acted upon and it will be impossible to provide the relevant Services.

With reference to the data necessary for delivery, it is specified that the same are communicated to the carriers for the sole purpose of being able to carry out the delivery service.

With reference to information on transactions, it is specified that payments are received through external platforms authorized, in compliance with the law, to manage payment data (Paypal, Stripe) or through bank transfer, directly to the current account held in the name of Aromaria.

Any other data is instead provided by the Customer on an optional basis, subject to specific and distinct consent to the processing (e.g. for marketing purposes); failure to provide them does not affect the conclusion of the purchase and/or the provision of the related Services.

In any case, the acquired data will be kept for a period of time no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed.

At the end of the processing period, the data will be securely deleted or made permanently anonymous.

The Customer has the right to request information relating to their personal data held by the Owner at any time.

In particular, in his capacity as interested party, the Customer enjoys the rights referred to in the articles. 7 of the Code and 15 of the GDPR and where applicable the rights referred to in the articles. from 16 to 21 GDPR (Right of rectification, right to be forgotten, right to limit processing, right to data portability, right to object to processing), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority.
