RETURNS

WITHDRAWAL CONDITIONS
Purchases made from L'Aromaria Srls via the website http://www.aromaria.it like all remote purchases via telephone or correspondence, since they take place outside of commercial premises, are protected by the LGS Decree. 206/05, which provides the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days of receiving the goods.
This right consists in the right to return the goods purchased from the supplier without any penalty and without specifying the reason, with the consequent reimbursement of the purchase price, appropriately deducted from the shipping costs incurred in the first shipment.
How to prepare the package for return?
You can use the same box in which you received the goods or a box more suited to the size of the product(s) to be returned.
If the product is fragile and risks being damaged during transport, take care to include newspaper or other paper in the package.
Include in the package a copy of the receipt or invoice you received with your order.
Include the bank details for the refund to your current account in the package, see "How does the refund work?" for more details.
Seal the box so as to give the courier a package suitable for transport.
How does the refund work?
The refund is made within 10 working days of receipt of the returned package.
The reimbursement methods are as follows:
If the order was paid by credit card, you can request the amount to be credited to your Credit Card;
If the order was paid with Paypal, you can request the amount to be credited to your Paypal account;
The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons acting for purposes not related to their professional activity. Purchases made by retailers and companies are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal, i.e. those orders where a VAT number has been entered in the appropriate form.
DEFECTS OF CONFORMITY
Upon delivery, the buyer must check the products and, if he finds obvious anomalies or defects, he must notify L'Aromaria within 2 days of receiving the goods. In case of lack of conformity, report via the "CONTACTS" section of our website. site by indicating the order ID and attaching a photo of the product with details of the defect found, L'Aromaria will restore the conformity of the product by replacing the purchased item or crediting the amount as appropriate.
The product replacement times depend exclusively on the manufacturer's policies and no damage can be requested from L'Aromaria for any delays in carrying out the replacements.
APPLICABLE LAW
The sales contract between the Customer and L'Aromaria Srls is intended to be concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference court of his municipality of residence.
