Helichrysum (curry plant) hydrosol
Helichrysum natural hydrosol has an earthy, deep and pungent scent.
MAIN USES
- It can be used as a toner for irritated, mature and oily skin. It has a healing and anti-inflammatory action.
- Diluted in water it can be used for oral hygiene.
- It can be used as a food flavouring, to flavor sauces or savory dishes.
Hydrolates, or aromatic waters, are obtained, together with essential oils, by steam distillation. They contain a small quantity of essential oil together with the water-soluble substances extracted from the plant during distillation; being much less concentrated than essential oils, they are safer to use.
