Avocado oil is cold extracted from the pulp of the fruit.

It appears as a dense, penetrating oil, easily absorbed.

It is characterized by the high content of monounsaturated fatty acids (oleic acid more than 50%), with a composition similar to olive oil.

It is also rich in carotenoids, Vitamin E, phytosterols.

 

Avocado oil can be used in both food and cosmetics.

Its dietary use seems to contribute to normal weight, to the reduction of the risk of diabetes and to the correct functioning of the liver metabolism.

Its unique sebum-like characteristics also make it particularly suitable for skin use.

It has properties: regenerating, softening, hydrating, restructuring and protecting the epidermis.

Recommended for: fragile, devitalized, wrinkled and flaky skin. Also particularly suitable for oily skin thanks to its sebum-normalising properties.
