Bitter orange natural essential oil is obtained by cold pressing the peels of the ripe fruit, from plants grown in Sicily using organic methods.
Usage Tips:
- Environmental diffusion:Pour 2-4 drops of essential oil into the aroma diffuser (electric or with candle) alone or in combination with other essential oils such as lavender, geranium, bergamot, rosemary. It has a relaxing action.
- Inhalation: pour 1-2 drops of essential oil on a handkerchief and breathe, useful in case of stress.
- Food flavouring:Add a few drops of essential oil to sweet and savory dishes or cocktails to give a strong aroma and flavor of bitter orange.
- It can be added to shampoo to have shinier hair and reduce dandruff. Pour 3-4 drops of essential oil into a dollop of shampoo, gently massage the scalp and rinse.
