Organic Peppermint Hydrosol
Natural peppermint hydrosol has a balsamic and fresh scent.
MAIN USES
- Diluted in water it can be a valid aid in case of nausea, abdominal swelling or other digestive problems.
- It can be used for oral hygiene and in case of respiratory tract infections,
- Useful for calming coughs
- Its fresh and pleasant aroma also allows it to be used as a food flavoring and for cocktails.

Hydrosols, or aromatic waters, are obtained, together with essential oils, by steam distillation. They contain a small quantity of essential oil together with the water-soluble substances extracted from the plant during distillation; being much less concentrated than essential oils, they are safer to use.
