Wild carrot essential oil (Daucus carota) is obtained by steam distillation of wild plants, harvested and distilled at our company.
It has a very particular and persistent scent, fresh, sweet, earthy and woody, it is widely used in perfumery and goes well with citrus, geranium and wood essential oils.
Usage tips:
- Cutaneous use: diluted in a vegetable oil, it is particularly suitable for treating skin problems such as inflammation, scars, skin blemishes, and can also be used as an anti-wrinkle. It is recommended to dilute 8 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of a vegetable oil (almond, hazelnut or argan oil) and massage daily to reduce blemishes on the skin of the face or hands, promoting skin regeneration.
- Environmental spread: it can be used alone or in combination with other essential oils, it has a very persistent and pleasant scent.
- Internal use:It is traditionally used to treat liver problems and can be useful as a detoxifier and regenerator of the liver (to be used exclusively upon medical prescription).
