Organic Melissa essential oil 2 ml

L'Aromaria's Melissa natural essential oil is obtained by steam distillation of fresh leaves from organic plants grown and processed on our farm in Umbria.

It has a very intense, citrate and green scent, reminiscent of lemongrass but with a finer aroma.

Usage Tips:

• Environmental spread:Pour 4-6 drops of essential oil into the aroma diffuser (electric or with candle), it has calming and sedative properties and is particularly suitable in cases of strong nervous stress or depression. Its widespread use also helps to disinfect home environments, giving a pleasant scent.
• Food flavouring: add 1-2 drops of essential oil to a vegetable oil and season the desired dishes, its aroma is very strong and can prevail over other flavors, it is therefore advisable to use very diluted.
• Cosmetic use:  lemon balm essential oil can be irritating to the skin, to minimize this effect it can be diluted with distilled lemon or bergamot essential oil. It is suitable for creating massage creams and oils against muscle and joint pain and to combat cellulite.
• Lemon balm essential oil has an antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral action. It can be useful in case of Herpes virus or candida infections.

*Internal use is reserved for adults exclusively under medical supervision. It is recommended not to use more than 3 drops internally per day and not to use for more than a week of treatment.
