Bergamot essential oil

Bergamot natural essential oil  is obtained by cold pressing the peels of the ripe fruit, from organic plants grown in Calabria.

Usage Tips:

• Environmental spread: Pour 4-6 drops of essential oil into the aroma diffuser (electric or with candle) alone or in combination with other essential oils such as lemon, lavender, geranium, it has a relaxing action.
• Inhalation: pour 1-2 drops of essential oil on a handkerchief and breathe, it reduces stress and irritability.
• Food flavouring: add a few drops of essential oil to sweet or savory dishes or cocktails to impart a strong bergamot scent and flavour.

• It can be a valid help in case of dandruff: adding a few drops of essential oil to the shampoo has an anti-flaking action and helps make the hair shinier.
